We are looking for a Pattern maker – Fit technician to join a leading manufacturer in ladieswear in the north shore!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design patterns for women's clothing.
- Operate software for pattern design, grading, and markers.
- Create tech packs using Excel software.
- Work with designers to translate concepts into accurate technical patterns.
- Adjust clothing based on customer specifications.
- Coordinate with overseas factories to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality control before delivery.
- Oversee fabric cutting and make adjustments to prototypes.
Profile:
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of patternmaking techniques.
- Proficient with PAD, Excel, Word, Outlook and Illustrator software
- Sewing and assembly skills
- Excellent communication skills with production teams and customers
- Strong ability to solve problems and adjust patterns for different body types.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent understanding of fabrications
