District Manager – Tim Hortons
We are looking for an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple Tim Hortons locations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tim Hortons District Manager
- Strong knowledge of Tim Hortons operational and food safety standards
- Proven ability to manage and develop Restaurant Managers
- Strong understanding of sales, labour, food cost, inventory, and profitability
- Ability to drive guest satisfaction, speed of service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader who can hold teams accountable, develop strong managers, and consistently deliver high operational standards.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
