CPP’s staff comprises leading Wind Engineering experts, and our customers include many of the world’s top architects and engineers. We operate two boundary-layer wind tunnels at our laboratory located in Windsor, Colorado along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, one wind tunnel in Sydney, Australia, and an additional wind tunnel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia along with a satellite office in Toronto, Canada.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager at CPP Wind plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and foster client relationships through relevant marketing campaigns and efforts. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this position requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives aligned with the firm's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals and target audience.
Content Creation: Generate engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and templates. Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and consistent with the firm's branding guidelines.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize results.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the firm's brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
Client Engagement: Develop and execute client engagement strategies to nurture existing relationships and generate new business opportunities. Coordinate client events, webinars, workshops, and other initiatives to showcase the firm's expertise and value proposition.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign targeting.
Collateral Development: Work with graphic designers and external vendors to create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Networking and Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, trade associations, and relevant stakeholders to expand the firm's network and visibility within the industry.
Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIM, AMA) preferred.
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the engineering or professional services industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, CRM, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
