Location: Waterloo, Ontario (in-clinic, Eden Health)
Job Type: Independent Contractor — Part-time or Full-time, flexible days
Compensation: Your choice of two arrangements — flat room rental (keep 100% of your billings) or a hybrid model (reduced room fee plus a smaller revenue share in exchange for admin, billing, and marketing support). Details below.
About Eden Health
Eden Health is an aligned, integrative clinic offering perimenopause and menopause care, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, nutrition guidance and holistic wellness in Waterloo, Ontario. We're building an aligned, multidisciplinary practice where patients can access complementary services under one roof. We're looking for a passionate, qualified Physiotherapist with pelvic health training to join our space as an independent practitioner, with the opportunity to receive physician referrals for general patients and patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, and related menopause-associated conditions.
About the Opportunity
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employment position. You will operate your own physiotherapy practice within a dedicated treatment room at our clinic and retain full clinical autonomy over your patients, scheduling, and treatment approach. We offer two ways to structure your arrangement with us — choose whichever fits how you want to run your practice:
Option A — Room Rental
Pay a flat monthly or daily room fee and keep 100% of what you bill. You handle your own scheduling, billing, and marketing independently. Best if you already have an established patient base or prefer full control over your own business operations.
Option B — Hybrid (Room Fee + Support Package)
Pay a reduced flat room fee plus a smaller share of billings, and in return Eden Health provides:
- Admin support — front-desk coverage, appointment scheduling, and patient intake handled for you
- Billing support — we manage invoicing and payment collection so you're not chasing receivables
- Marketing support — inclusion in Eden Health's website, social media, and physician-referral network, plus co-branded promotion to help build your caseload faster
Best if you're newer to independent practice, expanding into a second location, or want to spend less time on business operations and more time on patient care.
Both options include:
- A professional, purpose-built clinic environment in a well-located Waterloo facility
- Physician referral potential from an established family medicine and menopause practice
- Co-location with a growing women's health brand and existing patient base
- Shared reception/waiting area and a collaborative, patient-centered clinic culture
We're happy to walk through both options and figure out together which makes the most sense for where you are in your practice.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO), holding a valid Certificate of Registration authorizing independent practice
- Post-graduate certification or advanced training in pelvic health physiotherapy
- Demonstrated experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary/fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, dyspareunia, and related conditions
- Current professional liability insurance (minimum $2 million coverage) and willingness to provide proof of coverage

Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Experience or specific interest in perimenopausal and menopausal patients (genitourinary syndrome of menopause, postmenopausal pelvic floor changes)

- Existing patient base or established local reputation (ideal for practitioners looking to add a satellite location or additional clinic days)
