We are seeking a mature and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our weekend team (Saturdays/Sundays). Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to upselling products and services.
