Position Overview
The Front Desk & Pro Shop Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for resort guests and golf members. This position manages tee times, hotel bookings, retail inquiries, and provides exceptional guest service throughout the resort.
Front Desk Attendant
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and members in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage hotel bookings and tee time reservations
- Check guests in and out for golf and accommodations
- Answer phone calls and email inquiries
- Assist with pro shop retail sales and inventory presentation
- Support tournaments, corporate events, and special functions
- Register guests for events and membership renewals
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and pro shop
- Provide information about resort amenities and activities
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
- POS system experience an asset
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
