LOCATION: Greater Toronto Area
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the Vice President, Home and Business Markets, the Regional Manager in the Home Market will be responsible for the development, management and leadership of sales professionals in Southern Ontario focusing on growth of our residential customer base. Other responsibilities of the Regional Manager include:

Manage day-to-day relationships with other departments as required, including; operations, credit, marketing, revenue

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and associations for business development and referrals, with key focus on developing contractor relationships.

Develop and administer Territory Manager bonus and incentive programs.

Establish clear targets and goals to achieve volume and margin forecasts to ensure results.

Train, mentor and develop Territory Managers.
-
Achieve determine KPI’s for new customer growth and sales.

Prepare and report to leadership on progress to strategic plan.
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will have:
-
College or equivalent University degree in Business ore related field an asset
-
Minimum five (5) to eight (8) years’ experience in sales management
-
Demonstrated ability to deliver on sales commitments within a highly competitive market
-
Strong and proven people management skills including ability to predict future talent needs
-
Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
-
Valid G Driver’s License
-
Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a sales team
-
Experience in the propane and/or petroleum industry is an asset
-
Advanced computer skills.

Willingness to travel; some over nights will be required.
