Job Title: Video Editor

We are seeking a highly creative Video Editor to join the Revvin team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on performance. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into professional video assets for the automotive and real estate industries. This role requires an intentional editing mindset to produce content ranging from cinematic vehicle features and luxury property tours to clear, fast-paced social media advertisements.
The ideal candidate understands how to capture viewer attention immediately, has a proven track record editing luxury real estate or automotive content, applies clean visual effects, and utilizes AI video tools to maintain production standards efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Assemble raw footage into polished, high-converting videos for both short-form and long-form platforms. Every cut must be deliberate and designed to optimize engagement.
- Visual Effects & Motion Graphics: Enhance video content using dynamic transitions, motion tracking, seamless speed ramping, text overlays, and clean animations.
- Sound Design & Color Grading: Correct and enhance raw footage through professional color grading and balanced sound design.
- AI Tool Integration: Utilize relevant AI tools for automated captioning, voiceovers, frame expansion, and b-roll selection to optimize workflow efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Brand Alignment: Work accurately within established brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all projects.
- Turnaround Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Our standard workflow requires a 24–48 hour turnaround time for most creative requests.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Industry Experience: Proven, hands-on experience editing within the Real Estate or Automotive sectors. You must know how to pace a property tour to make it look smooth and high-end.
- Software: Strong proficiency in industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects). You must be capable of executing clean visual effects and seamless motion design.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Ability to manipulate digital assets and create custom motion elements.
- Graphic Design (Preferred): Foundational knowledge or experience in graphic design to assist with asset layouts and basic graphic creation.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Experience incorporating AI-driven tools to improve production speed and output quality.
- Visual Storytelling: A portfolio demonstrating strong pacing, structural rhythm, and a clear understanding of which features to highlight.
