FULL-TIME AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (AME) M1 – Brantford Flight Centre – Brantford, ON
The Brantford Flight Centre (BFC), one of Canada’s oldest and most respected flight training schools with over 90 years of continuous operation, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to join our team. We are located at the Brantford Municipal Airport and are committed to providing safe, high-quality aviation services and flight training.

Location: Brantford, Ontario (Brantford Municipal Airport)
Duties:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on flight school and customer piston-aircraft in compliance with Transport Canada regulations.
- Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft systems (airframe, powerplant).
- Maintain accurate logbooks, records, and documentation.
- Support our operational team to ensure our training fleet is safe, airworthy, and mission-ready.
- Work collaboratively in a safety-focused, team environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Transport Canada AME License (M1).
- Previous experience with Cessna, Piper, or Diamond single-engine aircraft.
- Strong understanding of aviation maintenance procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Passion for aviation and safety-first mindset.
