Outside Sales Representative– HVAC / Building Materials
We are currently recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative to join a growing team in the HVAC/building materials industry.
Location: Victoria, Kelowna or Nanaimo, BC
This is a great opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working directly with customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct face-to-face, phone, email, and virtual sales calls
- Prepare competitive quotes while maintaining strong margins
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share
- Maintain accurate customer and sales lead records
- Provide market feedback to management and the inside sales team
- Meet sales and expense targets while delivering exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials or related experience
- HVAC sales experience and knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving abstract
