RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality control of all stages of Construction
Trade scheduling and compliance (MS Project or BuilderTrend experience an asset)
Direct site staff
Perform frame checks and build punch lists
Operate Telehandler and Bobcat as required
Work with and under the supervision of the Construction Manager and alongside Trade Partners
Compliance of all health and safety requirements and paperwork
Self motivated and hardworking individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
REQUIRMENTS
Wood frame Construction experience Min 4 years
Multi family construction experience preferred
Experience with Scheduling software (Microsoft Project, BuilderTrend)
Valid driver’s license
Excellent communication skills
Comprehension of residential new home construction processes and procedures
Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction supervision, with the ability to read blueprints, manage budgets, and enforce safety regulations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Construction Supervising: 5 years (required)
- Telehandler Operating: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
