Position Summary-
The product manager will lead the marketing tactical execution initiatives for Idacio and new launch products, especially the development and execution of campaigns and content, new marketing materials and tactics.

Supports the development of plan of actions (POAs) and create programs to support the POA roll-out to the sales team with a high degree of uptake and speed of implementation.

Leads the coordination of marketing activities like event management, conference planning, coordination of compliance forms- processes and approvals, marketing budget trackers, commercial sponsorships and other coordination projects as required by the senior marketing manager.

Maintains up-to-date health and safety training and designated training for this position, including training documents for reporting positions via KabiLift, FLC and Wellnet (LMS User and Curriculum Change Notice Forms, Training Documentation Forms, and On the Job Training Forms.

Assists the senior marketing manager to develop content for 2 important New Product Launches, including updating cross-functional team launch maps (PowerPoint) and launch trackers (Excel).

Ability to evaluate marketing tactics and programs based on the ROI and recommend to the senior manager high ROI based tactics to enable effective spend of the allotted marketing budget.

Establishes collaborative working relationships with HCP Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for input on barriers, opportunities, and launch of future products.

Ability to execute marketing tactics & campaigns with excellence while ensuring an effective follow through in collaboration with sales teams.

Establishes and maintains strong external relationships (Agencies, Associations, PAAB)

Assesses, determines, and partners with appropriate parties to develop and implement stakeholder educational programs and/or presence at national and provincial conferences as needed.

Effectively collaborates with medical team to understand scientific data and translates into commercial messaging and content that can be shared with customers by commercial team.

Simplifies complex processes to ensure effective adoption by diverse teams.

Leads the coordination of marketing activities like event/ meetings management, conference planning, coordination of compliance forms- processes and approvals, marketing budget trackers, commercial sponsorships and other coordination projects as required by the senior marketing manager.

Ensures timely communication of complaints to the Quality department and Adverse Drug Reactions to the Vigilance department as per Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications

University degree in Business / Science or a related field
-
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience required, field experience an asset.

Biopharma or biosimilar experience is an asset.

Pharma experience is desired. Strong project management skills.
