Patient Support Representative
Location: Mississauga, ON

The Patient Support Representative will serve as the medical patient’s primary point of contact, own patient issues from start to finish and will be responsible for end-to-end support for processing medical cannabis orders. T he Patient Support Representative will answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls, respond to emails and web-based inquiries and other digital platforms from patients and health care professionals nationally across Canada. This will include general inquiries about products and services and helping patients through their medical journey.

What You'll Do:
Quickly and effectively assess and resolve challenging situations

Effectively learn and use the fulfilment software and available resources to meet the patient’s needs

Identify gaps in process and areas for potential errors and suggest changes to workflow

Understand and adhere fully to the Cannabis Act and Health Canada Regulations

Demonstrate professional integrity and practice within legal requirements and ethical principles

What You'll Need:
3+ years of Patient Contact Centre Support or Contact Centre Customer Service experience required

Previous experience working at a Health Canada approved licensed producer is an asset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluent in French (conversational and written) is an asset

Proficiency in computer office productivity software and strong keyboarding skills is required.

Experience in using Cannabis fulfilment software an asset (training will be provided on specific platform)

Maintains high ethical standards

Commitment to providing exceptional Patient Support

Performance-driven and ability to multi-task

Hours: Monday- Saturday 8am- 12am (EST) Hours are subject to change and or extended to weekends and or statutory holidays

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

University Degree
