Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Team Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or restaurant operations is preferred but not required. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, payment processing, and sales tracking.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Do the food prep including cutting, chopping, mixing and washing dishes
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation throughout all operations.
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations during busy periods.
