Rosenau Transport is now a part of GLS Canada and we are hiring! We are seeking a full time Customer Experience Administrator to join our Edmonton team.
Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager, you will Communicate customer Experience to internal operations and customer service staff.
With our continued objective to improve our Customer Experience, this administrative position connects with customers, collects information to provide an overview on the experience with Rosenau Transport for our continued improvement.

The Successful Candidate will:
- Contribute to departmental success in all related goals, assisting with targeted campaigns.
- Educating customers about Rosenau’s initiatives to improve overall experience and satisfaction.
- Customer experience care and promoting further company services Via the “experience.”
- Maintain accurate information related to customer activities and interactions.
- Actively participate in the customer experience facilitating inbound & outbound leads,
- Various sundry and related duties as assigned.
The successful Candidate will possess a positive attitude, willingness to work with internal and external stakeholders with a high attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be ABLE to:
- Multi-task, switch priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Learn new computer programs, software, and procedures quickly.
- Manage stressful situations, navigating high tension interactions.
- Work within multiple integrated software platforms such as Sharp Spring / AS400 *considered an asset
- Follow instructions and process as established.
- Previous freight experience is considered an asset
The successful candidate will have a SKILLSET that includes:
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Strong Demonstrated commitment to customer Experience within corporate process.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
