Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and greeting visitors.
- Support accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage for financial reporting and analysis. (Training will be provided)
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Manage all calendar related tasks with regular updates.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and visits in a timely manner.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Greet all visitors in a professional and curteous manner ensuring K&A service standards are met at every interaction.
- Assist the accounting staff with assigned tasks. Other ad-hock duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in office enviroment. Accounting office experience is not required but is an asset.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is not required but an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar applications.
- Must be comfortable spending extended hours on the phone and interacting with clients.
