FYidoctors - Richmond is looking to hire a full-time Office Assistant at our practice in Richmond, BC. This team member will work a schedule of 20-40 hours per week, rotating Mondays through Saturdays. The Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting patients, handling appointment paperwork, and assisting with eyewear retail. Join us in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

FYidoctors - Richmond is moving to a brand-new location for May 2019. Our new location address is unit 100-10880 No.5 Road, Richmond, BC. Come join us now from March until May for onboarding and training at our current location 4779 Wesminister highway, Richmond BC and be a part of our grand opening team.

Communication with patients including in person, by phone, and by email
Administering pre-testing services such as retinal digital imaging
Customer service activities including appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
Office administrative tasks including processing mail, filing, and faxing
Assistance with retail of eyewear products

The Successful Candidate

Passionate about customer experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional patient care
Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience or knowledge of routine eye care an asset
