Key Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end administration of the HUB Allowance program in partnership with HR (Payroll), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of service delivery
- Lead program oversight through proactive auditing and controls, maintaining full compliance with CRA regulatory requirements and continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen processes
- Manage the full lifecycle of HUB applications —enrollment, changes, removals, and reconciliations—while investigating and resolving discrepancies with a high degree of precision and accountability
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, delivering timely, professional, and detail-oriented support on all HUB Allowance inquiries
What You Bring to the Role:
- 2+ years of relevant experience supported by a High School Diploma or GED, with a demonstrated interest in payroll processes and administrative excellence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering a high-quality, professional employee experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to work efficiently with data and identify trends or discrepancies
- Proven problem-solving ability, with a track record of identifying issues, navigating complexity, and prioritizing workloads to consistently meet tight deadlines
