What You will Do:
- Oversee and manage demolition projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate daily site activities, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and mentor on-site crews, including foremen, operators, laborers, and contractors.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Support the handling and transport of hazardous and contaminated materials.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve challenges related to safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare reports, provide regular status updates, and ensure the project remains on track and within budget.

What you bring to the table:
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in structural demolition projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams with a focus on safety and customer service.
- Prior experience managing and mentoring junior staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality management practices and supply chain management.
- Experience with project estimating, budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting, including forecasting and accruals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of codes, regulations, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Abilities:
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and train workers.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Effective report writing and documentation skills.
