Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join our Vaughan maintenance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of school buses and fleet vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain school buses and other heavy-duty vehicles
- Perform brake inspections, safety inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Complete scheduled and MTO-required inspections
- Respond to service calls, including cold starts as required
- Accurately complete work orders and maintenance records
- Perform troubleshooting using electronic diagnostic equipment
- Follow all shop safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the Shop Foreman and maintenance team
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician License – mandatory
- Previous fleet maintenance experience
- School bus experience is considered an asset
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with diagnostic software and tools such as:
- Navistar
- Cummins INSITE
- Allison DOC
- Meritor WABCO
- Comfortable using computers and electronic diagnostic systems
- Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
