Genesis is expanding, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Neighborhood Canvassing Team.
As a Neighborhood Canvassing Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping homeowners discover the quality work Genesis is completing in their community. By engaging directly with residents in neighborhoods where Genesis projects are actively underway, you'll generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
No sales experience? No problem.

What You'll Be Doing
✅ Canvassing neighborhoods surrounding active Genesis projects.
✅ Introducing homeowners to Genesis and the work being completed in their area.
✅ Generating interest and qualifying potential customers.
✅ Scheduling free consultations and estimates for our sales team.
✅ Building positive relationships with homeowners and representing the Genesis brand professionally.
✅ Recording lead information and maintaining accurate activity records.
✅ Helping create local awareness and excitement around Genesis projects.
✅ Working independently while contributing to a high-performance team environment.

What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Previous customer service, canvassing, or sales experience is an asset but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
