The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a veterinary clinic setting. *Duties* - Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk - Assist with billing, invoicing, and processing payments - Maintain accurate records of patient information in the system - Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and staff - Keep the reception area clean and organized *Skills* - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail - Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of veterinary software systems - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or laboratory setting is a plus
