We’re looking for experienced Renovation Carpenters to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. With 10+ years of hands-on experience, you’ll work on a variety of residential renovation projects. You offer a strong understanding of residential construction from foundation to finishing. Competitive pay, health benefits, and mileage reimbursement for out of town work offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Punctuality is a crucial requirement.
- Represent Richter Construction professionally on-site and with clients.
- Perform general renovation work including:
- Framing, drywall installation & finishing
- Flooring (various types)
- Painting and trim work
- Cabinet and fixture installation
- Follow project plans and Project Manager/Supervisor's instructions.
- Assist with site prep and cleanup as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Suggest improvements to processes or materials to enhance quality and efficiency
- Have fluent English skills
- Supply own hand tools. Large tools will be supplied
- Reliable own vehicle transportation.
