Hourly Rates ✅ Tractor $30.75-$32.25 plus Biweekly Performance bonus
✅ Loader $31.75-$34.00 plus Biweekly Performance bonus
REQUIREMENTS:
✅Available (On Call) 24/7 to respond to all snow/ice events from November 15, 2026 to April 15, 2027.
✅Personal transportation to assigned on-site location within the GTA
✅Ability to respond to any and all snow & ice events without conflict of interest.
✅Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours as required to completion.
✅Heavy equipment experience with an emphasis in Ag Tractor (or) Wheel Loader Operation.
✅Ability to demonstrate skills to operate assigned equipment required by the position.
✅Good knowledge of main streets throughout the GTA.
✅Physically Fit with ability to lift 50 lbs.
✅Mechanically inclined an asset.
