We are looking for an individual who can work on our reception desk and carry out administrative duties. This is a full time opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills whilst gaining a qualification in Administration and customer service.
Your duties will include:
- Answering the telephone & customer queries
- Responding to customer WeChat message.
- Open invoices for customers
- Assisting with organization of daily service schedules
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with preparation of promotion toolkit
- Prepare & manage excel spread sheets for multiple projects
- Maintaining customer records & database
- Weekly cleaning of all common areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and classrooms
- Daily emptying trash bins and ensuring waste is disposed of properly
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory, including ordering new supplies as needed
Required Qualifications:
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
- Bilingual -Mandarin and English
- Strong and effective communication and presentation skills both oral and written to reflect corporate image
- Able to work at weekends
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and networking skills
- Curious to learn, flexible and adaptable attitude to constantly changing environment and demand
- Attention to detail, self-directed, strong tech and social media skills, collaborative team player
We are looking for a dedicated person with fantastic customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Training will be provided.
