Grey Bruce Ontario Health Team – Employment Opportunity: Project Coordinator
Full-Time, Temporary (Approx. end date March 2027)
Salary Range: $67,270 – $81,125
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of priority initiatives of the Grey Bruce Ontario Health Team (GBOHT). Working collaboratively with OHT staff, primary care, health system partners and community stakeholders, the Project Coordinator provides project coordination, quality improvement, data collection and analysis, performance measurement, research and implementation support across multiple GBOHT initiatives. Project assignments will evolve in response to OHT priorities and funding commitments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or college diploma in health sciences, health administration, public health, business, project management, quality improvement or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in project coordination, health system planning, quality improvement, data collection/reporting or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities and deliverables, manage competing priorities and work within established timelines.
- Experience collecting, organizing, validating and summarizing quantitative and qualitative data for project monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of quality improvement and change management approaches and the ability to apply practical improvement methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written and interpersonal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams; ability to learn new digital and data collection platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizations in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with an understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- G class driver’s licence and access to a vehicle; travel throughout Grey Bruce may be required.

Working Conditions
- This is a fully remote position, with occasional in-person meetings across Grey Bruce as required.
- Some flexibility in working hours may be required to support meetings and partner engagement.
