You will handle everything from managing inventory as it arrives to ensuring our customers leave with a smile. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who loves fashion, stays organized, and enjoys content creation.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory and Organization
- Receive shipments and carefully unpack, organize, and process new clothing inventory.
- Lift and move heavy bundles of incoming vintage clothing shipments weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Tag and price merchandise accurately according to company guidelines.
- Prepare clothing for the sales floor by steaming, hanging, and sizing items.
- Maintain a meticulously organized stockroom and ensure retail racks remain full and tidy.
Customer Service and Checkout
- Greet customers warmly and create a friendly, upbeat shopping environment.
- Answer product questions and assist customers with finding unique vintage items.
- Efficiently operate our Point of Sale system to check out guests.
- Securely process cash, debit, and credit card payments, while accurately handling transactions and returns.
- Keep the checkout counter clean, sanitized, and organized.
Social Media Support (Preferred/Bonus Potential)
- Assist with capturing photos and short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) showcasing new arrivals and unique vintage finds.
- Brainstorm fun, creative ideas to engage our online audience and grow our brand footprint.
- Help post consistent content and interact with followers in the comments or direct messages.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right attitude!
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift heavy bundles of clothing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when tagging inventory and balancing the cash drawer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and an eye for basic visual content aesthetics.
- High reliability and a flexible schedule (including weekends and holiday seasons).
