About the Role
We are a growing residential home building company in New Brunswick with multiple new homes under construction and an expanding pipeline. Demand is exceptionally strong, and we are looking to bring on a heavy-hitting, experienced Project Manager / Lead Site Supervisor to run our day-to-day site operations.
This is a high-autonomy, high-responsibility position. This is not an entry-level role, a "helper" position, or a desk job. You will be the point person on-site, fully responsible for executing builds from ground-break to handover.
What the Role is:
Active Field Management: Managing daily activity, workflows, and quality control across multiple residential builds simultaneously.
Trade Coordination: Scheduling, coordinating, and controlling sub-contractors and trades to keep the momentum moving.
Proactive Problem Solving: Catching structural, material, or scheduling issues before they become expensive mistakes.
Site Ownership: Keeping all active job sites highly organized, clean, safe, and strictly on schedule.
Leadership: Serving as the definitive point person on-site—you are expected to lead independently with zero babysitting or micromanagement.
What the Role Is NOT:
Office Paperwork: You won't be bogged down by corporate bureaucracy.
Sales or Estimating: Your focus is entirely on executing the build, not pricing it or selling it.
Desk Sitting: This is a boots-on-the-ground, field-first role.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated project management experience within the construction industry, backed by a total of 10+ years of residential construction experience (e.g., previous foreman, site supervisor, or lead carpenter roles).
Industry Authority: A professional whom trades, sub-contractors, and suppliers naturally respect, listen to, and take direction from.
Decisiveness: Highly comfortable making firm, on-the-spot field decisions and completely owning the outcomes.
Standards: A high standard for craftsmanship and a reputation for maintaining immaculate, well-run job sites.
Logistics: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for company vehicle).
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation: A base salary of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, heavily dependent on the depth of your experience.
Tools for Success: A company-provided truck and gas card.
Stability: A long-term, secure, full-time role with a builder that is scaling properly and sustainably.
