Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team at Wild Wing Belleville. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious menu items, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to Wild Wing Belleville’s recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure proper storage of food items.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and ensure it is kept in good working condition.
- Assist with menu prep and help manage the flow of kitchen operations during busy periods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
