Alberta Hardwood Flooring has been serving Alberta's residential builders, commercial contractors, and multifamily developers for over 40 years. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic Builder Sales & Design Consultant to join our Edmonton team.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners purchasing new homes to complete flooring selections
- Guide customers through hardwood, luxury vinyl, laminate, carpet, tile, and area rug options
- Create an enjoyable and stress-free design experience
- Prepare quotes and process customer upgrades
- Coordinate selections with builders and project managers
- Maintain strong relationships with our builder partners
- Stay current on flooring trends and new product launches
- Help merchandise and maintain our showroom
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience (flooring, cabinetry, kitchens, interiors, or home building preferred)
- Passion for interior design and helping customers create beautiful homes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license
Bonus Skills
- Flooring or interior design experience
- Builder design centre experience
- Knowledge of flooring installation and construction
- Experience with estimating or quoting software
