Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a versatile and experienced Hair Transplant Technician/Grafter to become a part of our dedicated team. This position requires a professional who is willing to embrace flexibility, taking on additional roles within the clinic, such as sterilization and medical assistance, until the demand for hair services fully develops. Your role will be pivotal, working alongside Hair Transplant Surgeons to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-operative preparations, ensuring a sterile work environment and managing the safe disposal of instruments and materials after procedures.
- Work under the guidance of Hair Transplant Surgeons, engaging in the slivering and cutting of grafts and aiding in hair transplantation to maximize graft survival and viability.
- Participate in the removal of sutures and bandages.
- Prepare and manage medical equipment and supplies.
- Support patient coordination, including scheduling and booking appointments.
- Adhere to Health & Safety Policies and Procedures, maintaining strict infection control measures.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in hair transplantation.
- Authorization to work in Canada
