Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Lube Tech to join our service team. This role involves performing routine maintenance and lubrication services to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior dealership or mechanic experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in automotive repair and maintenance.
Duties
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements with precision and efficiency
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with basic automotive repairs as needed, including tire rotations and brake inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
- Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or products when appropriate
- Heavy lifting of vehicle parts or equipment may be required during daily operations
Experience
- Prior dealership experience or mechanic background is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and safety protocols
- Customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating professionalism and communication skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle servicing tasks

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
