About the Role
An expanding Regina project management company is seeking a hands-on Construction & Renovations Foreman to join their growing team. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role acting as a combination of working tradesperson, foreman, site supervisor, project manager, and general contractor.
You will be leading projects focused primarily on interior tenant improvement work, commercial construction, and commercial renovations.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven background as a tradesperson specializing in carpentry.
- Demonstrated experience as a supervisor in construction, renovations, and leaseholds.
- Ability to read and execute from blueprints and drawings.
- Familiarity with cost estimation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal strengths.
- A strong sense of urgency and deep pride in your work.
