Overview

Are you outgoing, upbeat, and ready to bring the good vibes all winter long? We're on the hunt for energetic and friendly bartenders to join our seasonal team at the T-Bar Pub. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the face of our après-ski scene—serving up great drinks, warm smiles, and unforgettable memories. You'll help create a welcoming, lively atmosphere for guests both in the pub and at special events. Bonus: most shifts start mid-morning, giving you prime access to first tracks before the crowds roll in. If you're passionate about hospitality and love mountain life, this is one of the best gigs on the hill!

Responsibilities

Facilitate a fun, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Provide excellent customer service in an efficient and friendly manner.
Serve and mix drinks for customers and servers
Follow ProServe guidelines for responsible alcohol service.
Provide information to guests on daily specials
Prepare check and collect payment from customers, handle personal float and perform cash-out
Help in other areas of restaurant when needed and keeping the bar area clean and organized
Awareness of resort activities and ability to communicate this to guests.
Maintain stock levels for the bar and inventory

Qualifications

ProServe certification (Alberta)
Server and/or customer service experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of bar services and products
Experience with point of sales systems and cash handling

Where We Are

Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location. There is a communal living Staff Accommodation building on-site for new and returning non-supervisory, seasonal employees.
