Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure data accuracy
- Process payroll and handle related documentation efficiently
- Conduct account reconciliations regularly to verify transaction accuracy
- Assist with budgeting processes and financial reporting preparation
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare reports on financial status, including cash flow, expenses, and income statements
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Experience with payroll processing and management
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and budgeting support
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
