Job Title: Industrial Millwright
Job Summary: Our client is a growing food manufacturing company and they are looking for a skilled Industrial Millwright to join the maintenance team! This role will focus on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity for a hands-on Millwright who enjoys solving problems and wants to play an important role in keeping a growing operation running at its best.
Job Type: Full-time, permanent. 100% on site.
Job Location: London, ON.
Shift Structure: Afternoon Shift (3-11PM), Flexible on OT and Weekends as Required
Compensation Structure: $40.00-$45.00 per hour (depending on experience) + benefits

Responsibilities:
· Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting on production and facility equipment
· Diagnose mechanical issues and identify effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime
· Work with hydraulic systems and other mechanical components associated with industrial machinery
· Complete preventative maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce unexpected breakdowns
· Use the CMMS system to respond to maintenance requests, document completed work, and maintain accurate equipment records
· Monitor equipment condition and identify potential issues before they result in production interruptions
· Support the safe and efficient operation of food manufacturing equipment
· Collaborate with production and maintenance team members to resolve equipment issues efficiently
· Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, streamline production, and increase operational efficiency
· Participate in weekend work and overtime when required
· Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
· Valid Industrial Millwright license/CofQ
· Minimum 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
· Experience working with food manufacturing/processing equipment is preferred
· Strong understanding of industrial mechanical systems and machinery
· Working knowledge of hydraulics
· Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
· Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
· Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of maintenance tasks
· Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
· Experience working with CMMS systems is an asset
· Refrigeration Class B Operator certification is an asset
· Valid driver's license
