Description
As a Site Superintendent, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors, trades, and construction personnel to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address project requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor project progress.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects.
Profile
A successful Site Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience in residential wood-frame construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.

Job Offer
