Want to expand your skills? Because we run a full commercial truck garage, this is the perfect environment for a 310S tech who wants to eventually transition into the heavy-duty field. For the right candidate, we are fully prepared to sponsor and sign you into a registered 310T Truck & Coach Apprenticeship down the road, allowing you to learn the heavy-duty trade legally and safely alongside our experienced journeymen!

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of automotive and medium-duty fleet vehicles strictly within your 310S scope.
- Perform routine maintenance services (brakes, suspension, steering, oil changes, tire rotations, fluid replacements).
- Conduct complex automotive repairs including engine diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and assembly tasks.
- Utilize welding equipment for component repairs or modifications as needed.
- Maintain clean, detailed service records and ensure all work complies with safety standards.
- Assist and shadow our 310T team on heavy-duty truck repairs to gain hands-on knowledge for your career growth.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid 310S License in good standing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scanners, hand/power tools, and welding equipment.
- Experience with the DriveON program is a major asset.
- A Propane Certification is considered a strong asset.
- Valid driver's license and a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Must provide your own tools.
