In this role, you will provide outbound and inbound service, both in customer care and our Collections with Care program for residential customers in the United States.
Resolve customer issues, complaints and queries using a demonstrated proactive approach.
Provide clear options to residents, empathetically working together to find the best resolution for both them and the business.
Produce high quality work, accurately documenting conversations and updating customer information in systems.
Complete follow up and be accountable to the customer and ultimately, our clients.
WHO YOU ARE:
Comfortable with negotiating – have experience with this and/or soft collections.
You have outstanding active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions and clarify needs.
Demonstrate soft skills in each interaction, able to maintain calm and lead the conversation.
Professional and articulate, with great rapport building skills.
You make it your mission to be proactive, self start and show initiative.
A good eye for detail when it comes to systems, note taking and follow up.
Computer proficiency, able to comfortably navigate multiple systems (including telephony, online video meeting rooms and a chat platform, used to ask for and receive internal support)
1-2 years customer service (call centre) preferred*

ContactPoint 360 utilizes a Bring Your Own Computer (BYOC) model. Please review the these specifications to ensure you – and your technology – are ready to start your ContactPoint 360 journey! You will need a quiet place to work, free of distractions. A USB noise cancelling headset is also required.
