- The Vibe: You’re professional, you show up on time, and you’re "fit for duty" every single morning.
- The Gear: You’ve got a valid driver’s license, reliable wheels to get to the site, and your own basic hand tools (whites, brushes, etc.).
- The Brain: You can look at a project, follow the scope, and get it done without needing a hand to hold.
