Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant (Remote)
Location: High River, Alberta (Foothills Area Only)
Hours: 10-15 hours per week (Contract Position)
Compensation: $20-40/hour depending on experience
Description: Looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative self-starter to join our team as a part-time personal assistant. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing events, thrives working from home, and is proficient in using social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. CRM and real estate experience are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize events
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage and update social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Support with CRM data entry and management
- Simple graphic design tasks
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Creative and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently from home
- Enjoy organizing events
- Proficient in multiple social media platforms
- Local to the Foothills area (south Calgary to Nanton)
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and a vehicle
Preferred (but not required):
- CRM experience
- Real estate experience
- Graphic Design experience
