Ray of Sunshine Jewelry is a growing fashion accessories brand based in Toronto. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with people and creating a memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and confidently recommend products.
- Meet and exceed daily sales goals through personalized customer interactions.
- Set up, merchandise, and restock product displays to keep the booth visually appealing.
- Keep the booth clean, organized, and well maintained throughout the day.
- Assist with inventory organization and daily opening/closing procedures.
- Help manage Instagram by creating content, responding to customer messages, and engaging with our online community.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous retail or sales experience.
- Enjoys talking to people and building genuine customer relationships.
- Is confident approaching customers and starting conversations.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Has a positive attitude, is reliable, and works well independently.
- Has an eye for merchandising and presentation.
- Is familiar with Instagram (creating posts, stories, or responding to messages is a plus).
- Weekend availability is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fashion, jewelry, or boutique retail experience.
- Experience working at markets, pop-up shops, or small businesses.
- Experience with POS systems or cash handling.
