Key responsibilities (title) WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Key responsibilities (text) • Identify deviations in invoicing compared to contractual terms
  • Comfortable in different system environments and agility to manage work and create data and analytical output to:
o Verify and substantiate invoice deviations identified
  • Present findings in easy to understand executive summaries visually and verbally in order to:
o Enable the business to act on findings supported by detailed facts
  • Secure accuracy in central settlement system by coding deviation rules
  • High proficiency in Excel a minimum requirement incl;
o Formulas
o Pivots
o VBA / macros
  • Analyse large data sets
  • Opportunity to work in Service Office or Montreal (Brossard CDC or Montreal CSC)
o Some working remotely / from home possibility
o Min 20 hrs / week contracts, overtime and weekend work available
  • Preferred; University students, business, computer sciences, economics or other similar programmes
  • Relevant experience an asset but not mandatory
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Superior analytical skills required
