We are seeking a talented and dedicated Full-Time Sushi Chef to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for Japanese cuisine, exceptional food preparation skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality sushi and dining experiences. Duties
- Prepare and craft a variety of sushi dishes with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of ingredients in compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations in the food industry.
- Familiarity with sushi techniques, presentation styles, and ingredient handling is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
