Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, programs, and events. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative coordination, event logistics, and communication activities to ensure successful delivery of organizational initiatives.
The position is a summer program that runs from July 1 to August 29.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating projects, programs, and events
- Support scheduling, logistics, and administrative activities for meetings, workshops, and events
- Help track project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and program documentation
- Support registration, attendance tracking, and event follow-up activities
- Help organize materials, resources, and supplies for projects and events
- Assist with outreach and promotional activities related to programs and events
- Maintain accurate records and databases for ongoing projects and activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth implementation of organizational initiatives

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
