Position Title: Customer Service/Labourer
Location: Vaughan, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: The employee will be responsible for entering orders, picking and packaging, tinting pails, answering calls, and assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick products and prepare pallets for shipment.
· Tint pails: Operate automated and manual tint equipment, prepare pails for tinting and clean/preform daily maintenance on the tint machine, take swatches from pails for quality control samples.
· Customer Service: Provide back-up and support to the lead role in customer service. Answer calls with a positive attitude and take/enter orders diligently.
· Loading and unloading: Help customers load their vehicles with their purchases. Assist with unloading incoming truckloads of materials.
· Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
· Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Repetitively lift up to 70 lbs.
· Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
· Forklift licence or experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
