Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and understanding their needs
- Assist clients with hair styling, consultations, and product recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon or retail space
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or hair styling is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards applicable to salon or retail environments
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently without being pushy
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Front desk experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn new skills is essential
