Flat Out Tire Ltd. is seeking a full-time Tire Shop Administrator for immediate hire.
Flat Out Tire Ltd. is a locally owned & operated company servicing Gull Lake and area. We pride ourselves on customer service, transparency in pricing, clear communication and a commitment to knowing our customers by name.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Managing daily operations, including answering phones, responding to emails and in-person inquiries
· Quoting tires
· Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
· Assisting with calendar management, scheduling appointments
· Taking customer’s payments
· Filing, organizing and archiving of paperwork
· Invoicing for tire shop
· Assisting with parent companies – Dynamic Disposal Ltd. and Advanced Waste Solutions Gull Lake Ltd.
What we’re looking for:
· Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
· Technical Skills: Knowledge of tires an asset
· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines
· Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive “do what needs to be done” attitude
· A positive attitude
· A team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
· Knowledge of Mitchell software is an asset
· Knowledge with QuickBooks is an asset
· Knowledge with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
· Knowledge in ComplyWorks and ISN
· Willing to be trained for new software
