About the Role
Total Transformer Services (TTS) is growing and we're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Part-Time AZ Driver to support our field service operations on a casual, as-needed basis.
This role involves driving company vehicles to field service sites to complete pick-ups and deliveries of tools, equipment, materials, and other project-related items. Travel may include local and out-of-town assignments depending on operational needs.

What You'll Do
- Drive company trucks and vehicles to field service sites for scheduled and urgent pick-ups and deliveries.
- Transport tools, equipment, materials, parts, and project supplies safely and efficiently.
- Load, secure, inspect, and unload cargo in accordance with applicable laws and company procedures.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report defects, damage, or maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection records, delivery documentation, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with project managers, field crews, shop personnel, and customers regarding delivery timing and site access.
- Follow all traffic laws, Hours of Service requirements, site rules, and TTS safety policies.
- Keep assigned vehicles clean, organized, and ready for safe operation.
- Support other transportation-related duties as required by operational needs.
What You Bring
- Valid Ontario AZ driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated experience operating commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Strong knowledge of load securement, vehicle inspections, and applicable commercial driving requirements.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and communicate professionally with team members and customers.
- Dependability, punctuality, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including loading, unloading, and handling equipment or materials.
- Experience transporting industrial or heavy equipment is considered an asset.
Additional Requirements
- Availability on a casual, as-needed basis; hours are not guaranteed.
- Flexibility to accept assignments that may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight travel, or short notice.
- Ability to travel to field service sites across Ontario and, when required, other Canadian provinces.
- Acceptable driver's abstract and successful completion of a background check.
- Ability to satisfy any customer or site-specific access and safety requirements.
