- MUST BE AVAILABLE 6PM TO 2 AM (WEEKDAYS)
What your day looks like
- Represent the Brand’s Weird, Wild & Wacky Culture and demonstrate a commitment to Entertaining Fans while providing the highest level of hospitality
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Knowledgeable about the menu and able to communicate this to Fans
- Prepare Smoke’s GASTRONIMICAL creations to the highest standard, following recipes and procedures
- Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
- Adhere to safe food-handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
- Take orders, enter into point-of-sale system and process payment
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, restrooms and outer premises
- Complete all station set up and closing procedures
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency when completing any tasks including serving Fans, preparing food items, cleaning etc.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
